A fox is frozen in a block of ice after it fell into the
Danube river in Germany as bitterly cold temperatures swept across Europe. Blizzards
and dangerously low temperatures have paralysed much of the continent with more
than 60people killed across Europe by the wintry weather.
it's not unusual for animals to break through the frozen surface
of the river in winter. Franz Stehle says
he's seen a frozen deer and wild boar before in winter
